How do I update my subscription? I am having trouble updating my subscription.Updated 7 months ago
There are 3 ways to update your payment information for a subscription:
1. Login to your subscription account & click Edit Payment Method. A window will pop up to send a link to edit your payment information or to use a saved method. See attached screenshots.
2. Login to your subscription account (https://www.identitypet.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access?passwordless=true) and delete your current subscription & place a new order to setup a new subscription. Please note: do not do this if you do not want to order immediately, as this method places an order immediately.
3. Contact us M-F 9AM MST to 4:30 PM MST so we can update your card information over the phone.
We recommend updating your subscription on a desktop computer & clearing your cookies and cache. Other websites can sometimes interfere with ours. We also recommend customers consider using Google Chrome web-browser. This is the most supported web browser & many software companies now optimize to this browser.
