We understand you may not want to commit to a full case purchase without knowing if your pet will enjoy our food. While we do not offer free samples or the ability to create 'customized' sample packs, we have options for you to sample our products at identitypet.com.

You can also purchase individual cans through our retail partners such as Care-A-Lot Pet Supply or in store at retailers who stock our products (identitypet.com/find). 

Most of our customers opt for our variety 'sample' packs we sell at identitypet.com which include the different recipes we offer. These are a standardized option, and come with free shipping, essentially costing the same as purchasing 1 or 2 cans individually if we charged the cost of shipping in this circumstance.

We are unable to sell individual cans or customized selections because as a small business this is a logistical impracticality with over 4M possible combinations. 

By standardizing our sample offerings, it's cheaper for you and for us compared to selling individualized/customized selections which would be more expensive because of added labor & shipping costs. If there is a recipe or two that you cannot feed your pet, consider donating it to a friend so it doesn't go to waste.

If you are looking to purchase an individual can, again our retail partner Care-A-Lot Pet Supply sells by individual cans at https://www.carealotpets.com/ or you can find a store near you at identitypet.com/find.

Again, we offer these standardized sampling options because if we offered customized samples or individual can sales this would actually be more expensive than our variety "sample" packs we offer because of the costs associated including shipping & labor. We are able to offer a standardized option with free shipping which is approx. the same cost as if we sold you 1 or 2 cans plus shipping. Additionally, new customers can use the discount included in this email to reduce the cost for any products which might not be used because of personal preference or sensitivities. If there is a recipe or two that you cannot feed your pet, consider donating it to a friend so it doesn't go to waste. 

We do not sell any quantities except for case quantities to limit damage and ensure a high customer satisfaction rate, as well. Hopefully you can understand & appreciate why we have these policies.
